Walk In Interviews - Customer Service Executives (BLR)
Job Title: Customer Service Executives( Voice - Non Technical)
* Acquire knowledge on HSBC products and service offerings
* Efficiently answer customer queries on various products and services offered by the bank
Skills Required:
* Excellent English communication skills
* Ability to interpret and handle complex numerical data
* Excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills
* Good keyboard skills
* Flexibility to work in shifts
* 0 - 5 years of experience in customer service (voice)
* Type of Experience:
* BPO experience will be added advantage
Skills Sets: Excellent English communication skills, Good keyboard skills, Flexibility to work in shifts.

* Candidates with technical qualifications like Btech, MCA, Engg/BCA may apply only if they have a minimum of 1 year of BPO/customer service related experience.
